I wonder if he had the Joker in mind though, they didn't mention lipstick.

But regardless of what he smeared on his face and at what date he chose to act on - I can't believe he stormed into a nursery and killed little babas??

Fuck. Fuck, that is so wrong. Not only because the Joker has more taste than that. I can't help thinking that the numbers on the kids heads is more like The Frighteners than Batman. *sighs*

The way I understood it, the numbers on the kids' heads were identification put there by the employees so they could keep track of who was who in the chaos.

I didn't say that the attacker put the number there, though I understand with my natural habit of making leaps of thought and just assuming that everyone else can follow them it probably sounded like that. But still, would it have hurt them to use a different colour while using identifying numbers? Anything other than red, considering the circumstances!

O.o heard about that one. but yes, the article i read said nothing about the joker.

i wonder if that was just the media wanting to capitalize on a readily-available image?

either way, thats horrid.

I kind of think the whole Joker reference is just for the buzz. The articles I've seen just say "he had black paint around his eyes" OMG THAT'S KIND OF LIKE THE JOKOR!!!

Boo that, guys. Not so classy.

I have mixed feelings about this, eventhough I don't believe every single word these news tabloids come with (and especially Aftonbladeds) I don't know if I'm amused about this or just annoyed. Also a little surprised that this haven't happened earlier.

I don't really get why Joker 'fans' are upset about this, if this was an attempt to imitate Joker, then this is real and it won't take so long before some one else does a better job. Don't we want a real Joker?
I feel like I missed something.

Ok, we are ALL fascinated by the Joker. Yes. There's no denying that. Every one has a dark side to them that can help but be fascinated by him, but there's were BABIES and KIDS. Even the most hardened criminals hate people who have killed, raped, or done both to children.

But not ONCE have I a SEEN, READ, or even THOUGHT of the Joker purposely going after infants. Even the crazy ass Joker in the comics (though the new graphic novel one might..) Yes, if they get caught up in something that he plans, like the ferry thing in the movie, then he'll not care. But I HIGHLY doubt even HE'D do what this...THING, did. Joker's classier than that. Besides, kids and babies aren't as much fun for him to break and manipulate. Cause they're TOO easy to influence.

Why not inspired by him...
I have never got the whole age difference, If so I see less that they were children "defined by what we do". Sure children are more defenceless, I know that from experience, but I don't get why people get more upset when it's a child being brutally murdered rather than a grown up.

Except when he abducts 36 infants and end up killing Sarah Gordon in front of then, also when he plans to blow up a Hospital (like he has done like how many times) and thus blowing up the maternity ward. Yes Joker is 'classier' than this, also he wouldn't fail so hard like Kim De Gelder did (his "goal" was to kill 67) But killing children to brake their parents would be some thing, I mean how old was Jason when he got a crow bar down his face...

I fucking hate the media, this was the news story were they were like 'Oh, he dressed as like a clown, LETS RELATE IT BACK TO THE JOKER CAUSE THAT WILL SELL.' Nothing to do with TDK, he was just insane |:
